With this partnership, all Unbeaten CrossFit members will have access to discounted nutrition templates, personalized specifically for your body and your training goals.


What You Get

Personalized Nutrition Templates: These templates (written as easy-to-use Excel files) are designed to help you either shed body fat while keeping muscle (the cutting diet) or gain muscle (the massing diet). Both cutting and massing diets come with maintenance diets and with clear, unambiguous instructions as to their modification for your needs.

Each massing and cutting template is designed to be run for approximately 3 months, with the programming to help you gain or lose anywhere between 5 and 25 lbs in that 3 month span, depending on your body size, caloric expenditure, and goals.

Coaching Mentorship: Several Unbeaten CrossFit coaches are RP nutrition clients. These coaches will work with you 1-on-1 to determine your goals, gauge your progress along the way and make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition based on their experiences with the program and their extensive personal knowledge of nutrition for athletes.

Integrated Program: With this partnership, Unbeaten CrossFit’s head coaches will remove all the guesswork from your training/nutrition integration. Next to each WOD on our website, coaches will note whether you should be eating for a “light,” “moderate,” or “hard” training day based on the programming.
