What is Unbeaten Lite?
Unbeaten CrossFit caters to athletes of all levels. For each class we offer a beginner or "Lite" option for any athlete who just wants to sample the Unbeaten Training style. Our coaching staff has extensive experience coaching a broad spectrum of athletes from beginner to expert. We promise you'll feel right at home from Day One!
Who is Unbeaten Lite for?
- People looking to begin their fitness journey for the first time
- People who have had a lengthy layoff from a fitness program and want to tiptoe back in under the guidance of a friendly coach

What can I expect during an Unbeaten Lite class?
- Each class will feature guided stretching and a warm up
- The coaches will review the “skill of the day” to make sure you are 100 percent comfortable and efficient with every movement
- You’ll then do the coached workout of the day “WOD” (workouts will be different every class)
- You’ll end with a brief cooldown and some flexibility work to keep you limber for the next class
